Overhang Requirements

All exterior doors must have an adequate overhang to protect the door from all weather elements per the diagram below. Failure to provide a proper overhang will VOID the warranty.

Lack of proper overhang will void warranty! 

Unfinished Exterior Doors

All unfinished exterior slab or prehung doors do not come with a warranty once machined or finished Recommendations

1. Store doors in a place protected from the sun in a cool room. Do not set directly on concrete

2. Doors should be finished with two coats of a quality polyurethane top coat or solid paint PRIOR to installation
